不同品种黄瓜种子萌发期对NaCl的耐盐性测定
采用培养皿发芽法研究NaCl胁迫处理对不同品种黄瓜种子萌发影响.结果表明：不同浓度NaCl处理下,不同品种黄瓜种子发芽期各项指标差异明显,随着盐浓度的增加,所用品种发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、一级侧根数均有所下降.在120,180,240mmol/L盐浓度下,测定5个品种活力指数下降率、发芽指数下降率和一级侧根数下降率,并参考吐尔逊娜依的综合评价法给每个黄瓜品种计算分值.结果显示：品种‘冬美901’和‘冬美906’得分最低均为57分,表现出较好的耐盐性,而‘津研4号’、‘冬美905’、‘金粒达B6’次之,耐盐性较差.这对指导地方生产实践具有重要的参考和应用价值....
