In this paper, the economic value of atmospheric environmental purification through the forest in Wanli district of Nanchang city was checked, and this value was assessed to be 340 million yuan. The forest ecological benefit can be greatly im- proved by further increasing the speed and quality of constructing ＂one big and four small＂ afforestation projects, and by accelera- ting the assessment of environmental purification capacity of water area and wetland system.
