投喂赤子爱胜蚓对杂交鳢肠道组织结构的影响

以杂交鳢（乌鳢Channaargus♂×斑鳢Channamaculata♀）为试验对象，在基础饲料中添加不同浓度（0、5％、7．5％、10％）的鲜赤子爱胜蚓（Eiseniafoetida）浆，研究赤子爱胜蚓作为饲料添加剂对杂交鳢肠道组织结构的影响，试验周期为100d。结果表明，饲料中添加赤子爱胜蚓浆可提高杂交鳢幽门盲囊、前、中、后肠的肌层厚度，其中除杂交鳢幽门盲囊外，10％、7．5％蚯蚓添加组肠道肌层厚度均与对照组差异显著。在褶皱高度和宽度方面，10％蚯蚓添加组杂交鳢幽门盲囊和后肠明显高于对照组，7．5％蚯蚓添加组前、中肠明显高于对照组。...

The effect on the structure of the intestinal tissue of hybrid snakehead （Channa argus ♂Channa maculata ♀ ） fed on the feed added with different level （0, 5%, 7.5%, 10%） of Eiseniafoetida was investigated in this study. The experiment lasted 100 d.The results showed that the feed added with fresh earthworms could increase the musculature＇s thickness of the pylorie caeca, foregut, midgut and hindgut of hybrid snakehead. The thickness of other intestinal musculature in 7.5% and 10% earthworm group showed significant difference compared with the control group, except for the pyloric caeca.
