2010年福建省甘薯新品种宁德点区域试验

【目的】鉴定和筛选适合闽东地区种植的甘薯新品种。【方法】2010年在福建省宁德点进行甘薯新品种区域试验,对参试11个甘薯新品种及对照品种金山57的鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量及干物率、出粉率、食味品质、外观品质和抗病性等进行对比分析。【结果】11个参试品种中,莆薯20鲜薯产量最高,达33760.50kg/ha,比对照金山57增产6.30%;金薯3号淀粉产量最高,达5465.70kg/ha,比对照增产6.07%;金薯2号和龙薯25号的食味品质最佳,为83分,比对照高3分。【结论】莆薯20、金薯3号和金薯2号适合在闽东地区及生态类似地区种植。...

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to indentify and select new sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in east Fujian(Ningde) area. [Method]Regional trial of sweet potato varieties was undertaken in Ningde, Fujian (China) during 2010. The yield of fresh and dry tuber, starch yield and dry matter content, flour yield taste value, appearance and quality and disease resistance of 11 sweet potato varieties were compared with the control variety Jinshan 57. [Result]Among twelve varieties, the fresh tuber yield of Pushu 20 was recorded as highest (33760.50 kg/ha) and it was 6.3% higher than the CK.
