Houttuynia cordata; vacuum freezing drying; natural drying
The content of polysaccharide,flavonoid and alkaloids were determined with piperolactam,rutin and glucose as mark by UV-2450,to compare the quality of Houttuynia cordata between the vacuum freezing and natural drying.The results showed that the content of polysaccharide,flavonoid and alkaloids of Houttuynia cordata processed by vacuum freezing drying was significantly higher than those by natural drying.The method of vacuum freezing drying can guarantee the quality of Houttuynia cordata.
