琼南地区发展切花月季产业的经济效益研究

为了增进国内和岛内的花卉行业对海南发展冬春反季节花卉产业的了解,推动海南省发展反季节切花月季产业,根据近3年的生产经营数据,并引入时间价值原理,分析在琼南种植切花月季的投资经济效益。结果表明：在琼南推广种植切花月季社会经济效益突出,每667 m2净现值为2.2万元,净现值率34.24%,内部收益率76.36%,动态回收期1.05年,每667 m2给农户带来工资性收入可达7 200元/年.人。但生产投资成本高,为大面积推广设置较高门槛,因此建议政府加大对产业的扶持力度,引导海南切花月季产业的形成与壮大。...

In order to enhance the understanding of the domestic and the island＇s flower industry on the development of off-season flower industry in Hainan Island,and promote the development of cut rose industry in winter and spring,according to nearly three years of production and sales data,and the introduction of the principle of time value,the economic benefits of investment in the cultivation of cut rose in south Hainan were analyzed.The results showed that the economic and social benefits of the promotion in South Hainan is prominent;Net Present Value was 22 000 Yuan/667 m2,Net Present Value Ratio was 34.24%;internal Rate of Return was 76.36%
