The special-feature new variety Camellia sinensis cv.Wu-meng-zao was bred from wild tea plants finding in Wu-meng-shan by system selection.Compared with Fu-ding tea variety（CK）,Wu-meng-zao had excellent quality,including in early budding,strong growth,high yield,germination tidiness,tender green leaves and buds.The Maofong tea from Wu-meng-zao had the characteristics of strong atmosphere and lasting chestnut aroma.In a word,Wu-meng-zao was disruptive and fine varieties in Sichuan.
