可追溯系统的追溯粒度评价指标体系构建
随着追溯系统研究与应用的不断深入,根据供应链实际需求及主体信息化程度,构建合理粒度的追溯系统已成为扩大追溯系统在中国进一步深入应用的关键。该文在深入分析追溯系统结构的基础上,借鉴信息论中粒度的衡量方法初步提出了追溯粒度的描述性定义,以追溯精度、追溯宽度和追溯深度为核心,构建了一个2层结构的评价指标体系,评价因子包括外部追溯单元、内部流转单元、标识单元转换、信息采集内容、信息更新频率、前向追溯距离、后向跟踪距离;采用层次分析法确定了各评价因子的权重,并通过一致性检验得到所有目标的权重集,其中外部追溯单元的综合权重最高,为0.1985,标识单元转换的综合权重最低,为0.0872。该研究可为评价追溯...
