广西新收集野生大豆资源的质量性状分析

【目的】明确广西新收集野生大豆种质资源遗传多样性分布特点,为今后挖掘野生大豆资源的优异性状提供参考依据。【方法】将2008年9~10月收集的200份野生大豆种质资源进行种植,在生育期观察记载茸毛色、叶形、主茎类型等质量性状,分别进行赋值,然后计算Shannon-weaver和Simpson遗传多样性指数。【结果】野生大豆材料的11个质量性状的Shannon-weaver指数范围为0.0338~0.4320,Simpson指数范围为0.0300~0.5811,其中Shannon-weaver指数以泥膜类型最小,Simpson指数以粒色最小,而荚色的两类遗传多样性指数均最高。聚类结果将200份野生...

[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to explore the genetic diversity characteristics in newly collected wild soybean germplasm from Guangxi in order to utilize their outstanding traits. [Method]Two hundred accessions of wild soybean collected from Sep. to Oct., 2008 were planted and eleven qualitative traits, viz., fuzz color, leaf shape, stem type, seed color, etc were investigated. The Shannon-weaver and Simpson genetic diversity index were calculated. [Result]The results indicated that the Shannon-weaver and Simpson genetic diversity index of 11 qualitative traits in wild soybean was 0.0338-0.4320 and 0.0300-0.5811, respectively. The Shannon-weaver index of the seed sootiness and the Simpson index of the seed color were the lowest, while the two indexes of pod color were the highest.
