应用正交试验筛选新台糖22号组培配方

Based on the orthogonal experiment with different formula that affects the proliferation and rooting of ROC22 sugarcane seedling,the study selected the ideal formula to improve rooting rate and heeling in survival rate for sugarcane seedling.By the 4-factor,3-level orthogonal experiment,the ideal culture medium formula for axillary bud induction was： MS＋6-BA 1 mg/L＋KT 0.5 mg/L＋IBA 0.2 mg/L.Culture medium formula for bud differentiation and proliferation is： MS＋6-BA 0.8 mg/L＋ IBA 0.03 mg/L.Culture medium formula for urge rooting was： 1/2 MS＋IBA 0.2 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L.
