黄芪多糖脂质体对吉富罗非鱼生长性能的影响
选用体重为(14.43±0.96)g的345尾健康吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromisniloticus),进行40d试验养殖,研究黄芪多糖脂质体对吉富罗非鱼生长性能的影响。结果表明:0-9d,高、中剂量组黄芪多糖脂质体处理的罗非鱼特定生长率(SGR)显著高于空白对照,低剂量黄芪多糖脂质体处理的罗非鱼特定生长率与黄芪多糖对照的差异不显著,高、中、低剂量组的饲料转换率(FCR)均显著高于空白对照,低剂量组的饲料转换率略高于黄芪多糖对照,第10天中剂量组的罗非鱼肥满度(CF)极显著高于空白对照;第20~29天,中剂量组的罗非鱼增重率(WGR)及饲料转换率均显著高于黄芪多糖对照组,第30天中剂量组的罗...
