The paper first built the performance measurement system of farmers' specialized cooperatives technology science service, and taken the 60 farmers' specialized cooperatives in Tonghe as an example, and analyzed the performance evaluation by eight indicators such as the leadership skills of the person in charge of cooperatives, service personnel the level of education, and technology science funding. The results showed that unsystematic system of science technology advice and guidance, less times of training, insufficient technology knowledge were the root of lower service performance, the paper laid the foundation for related cooperatives to make targeted improvement about the science technology services.
