农民专业合作社科技服务绩效评价体系构建——以通河县农民专业合作社为例
国内首次构建了农民专业合作社科技服务绩效评价体系,并以通河县60个农民专业合作社为例,以合作社负责人领导能力、服务人员受教育程度、科技服务资金投入等8个指标对其进行实证分析。研究结果表明,科技咨询与指导体系不系统、培训次数过少、农业信息量发布不足等是其服务绩效较低的根源,为相关合作社对其科技服务进行针对性改进奠定了基础。...

| Bibliography: | 44-1267/S The paper first built the performance measurement system of farmers＇ specialized cooperatives technology science service, and taken the 60 farmers＇ specialized cooperatives in Tonghe as an example, and analyzed the performance evaluation by eight indicators such as the leadership skills of the person in charge of cooperatives, service personnel the level of education, and technology science funding.
