萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸对月季扦插成活效果的影响

[Objective]Effects of plant growth regulator naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and lndole butyric acid (IBA) at different concentrations on survival of rose cutting were explored in order to provide technical support for seedling raising in large scale of rose cutting.[Method]Using method rapod dipping (2-3 s),Carola cutting slips were treated by different concentrations of NAA and IBA to statistically record survival rate,average root number and the primary leaves reserving rate,compare the root and plant growth situation and analyze the impact of plant growth regulator under different concentrations on the rose cutting survival rate.[Result]Different concentrations of NAA,IBA and mixed solution of equal amount of NAA and IBA had different effects on rose cuttage survival.The
