江西泰和乌骨鸡与广州竹丝鸡杂交试验

以广州竹丝公鸡与泰和乌骨母鸡进行杂交,选择公母后代各100只,同时选择同日龄江西泰和乌骨鸡公母各100只,共400只雏鸡进行饲养观察,试验期11周,以观察杂交后代生产性能与外观特征的变化.试验结果表明,江西泰和乌骨鸡与广州竹丝鸡杂交子一代,不论公母,日增重都极显著高于泰和乌骨鸡,其日采食量明显高于泰和乌骨鸡,料肉比也低于泰和乌骨鸡;江西泰和乌骨鸡与广州竹丝鸡杂交子一代与江西泰和乌骨鸡的外貌、肉黑色度差异不显著....

Jiangxi Taihe silky fowl; Guangzhou silky fowl; hybridization
The hybrid offsprings （100 cocks and 100 hens） of Guangzhou silky fowl （♂ ） and Jiangxi Taihe silky fowl （ ♀ ）, and additional 100 cocks and 100 hens of Jiangxi Taihe silky fowl at the same age were selected. The breeding study with a total of 400 chickens was carried out to observe the change of production performance and appearance characteristics of the hybrid offsprings in 11-week trial period. The results showed that the daily gain of the first filial generation no matter male or female was extremely significantly higher, the daily intake was significantly higher, the feed conversion ratio was lower than that of Jiangxi Taihe silky fowl. The difference contrasts of the appearance and meat black degree were neither notable among the first filial generation and Jiangxi Taihe silky fowl.
