高压直流输电换流阀阀塔漏水检测功能设计与实现

TM938; 针对高压直流输电换流站现场换流阀阀塔的漏水检测需求,提出了一种采用光信号回路检测方法。方案中包括水位计和检测模块两个部分,两者通过光纤连接。检测模块自发自收光信号,当阀塔漏水时,集水器将泄漏的水汇集到水位计,水位计检测水位,阻断信号光纤检测信号,检测模块检测不到光信号,则产生相应事件。采用本方案研制的漏水监测装置,监测准确、可靠,满足现场检测要求,已在哈密至郑州等多条高压直流输电工程中应用。...

In view of the detecting requirements of converter valve leakage in HVDC converter station,this paper proposes a detection method based on optical fiber loop. The detector includes two parts: water level gauge and detection module,which are connected by fiber. Detection module emits light pulse and receives it. The fiber loop would be cut by water level gauge when the valve leaks; and the detection module will create alarm information when it can't receive light pulse. The function design is effective and reliable,it's satisfied requirement of project. The device has been used for detecting converter valve leakage in several converter stations including Hami-Zhengzhou HVDC.
