荸荠试管苗移栽(育苗)技术研究

Notes | Eleocharis tuberosa; Test -tube plantlet; Field transplanting; Cultivation duration WANG Bi - qin, LIU Teng - yun, GAO Zhu, WANG Xiao - ling (Institute of Biological Resources, Jiangxi Academy of Science, Nanchang 330029, China) 36-1124/S We studied the transplanting and cultivation techniques of test - tube plantlets of Eleocharis tuberosa, and explored the effects of transplanting date, transplanting density and cultivation duration on the survival rate and tiller number of the transplanted planflets. The results showed that : for the test - tube plantlets, the best transplanting date was May and June, the suitable transplanting density (spec) was 10 cm x 10 cm or 5 cm ~ 6 cm, and the proper cultivation duration was 40 ~ 50 d; under these conditions, each plantlet became 35 ~ 50 -cm high with 7 -10 tillers, had strong growth vigor, and could be transplanted in the field at any time. |
