荸荠试管苗移栽(育苗)技术研究

The results showed that : for the test - tube plantlets, the best transplanting date was May and June, the suitable transplanting density (spec) was 10 cm x 10 cm or 5 cm ~ 6 cm, and the proper cultivation duration was 40 ~ 50 d; under these conditions, each plantlet became 35 ~ 50 -cm high with 7 -10 tillers, had strong growth vigor, and could be transplanted in the field at any time. |
