文殊兰精油的抑菌活性及GC—MS分析

采用生长速率法测定了文殊兰粗提物和精油对5种病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,文殊兰精油比粗提物的抑菌效果好,且抑菌率明显高于对照药剂;精油的毒力测定结果表明,精油对供试菌株的EC50均小于1.0mg/mL,其中对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制作用最强,EC50为0.11mg/mL。对精油进行GC—MS分析,共鉴定出27种化学物质,其中主要成分为(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(16.89%)和n-棕榈酸(15.77%)。...

The antifungal activities of extracts and essential oils from Crinum asiaticum were tested against five kinds of pathogenic fungi by growth rate method. The result showed that antifungal activities of essential oils were more excellent than extracts, and the inhibition rate were higher than that of the control agent. EC50 of essential oils against pathogenic fungi was less than 1.0 mg/mL. Rhizoctonia solani Kiihn was the most sensitive, EC50 was 0.11 mg/mL. 27 compounds were identified by GC-MS analysis, the major constituents of essential oil were (Z,Z)-9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(16.89%) and n-Hexadecanoic acid (15.77%).
