HPLC测定不同部位烟叶中没食子酸的含量
建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定烟叶中没食子酸含量的方法。以超纯水为萃取剂,样品经超声提取后,采用C18色谱柱分离/二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明:没食子酸在0.5-50.0 mg/L范围内的线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为1.07μg/g,加标回收率为92.7%-101.6%,RSD〈5%(n=5)。9个烟叶样品没食子酸含量在107.0-242.8μg/g之间;不同部位烟叶没食子酸含量排序为:上部烟叶〉中部烟叶〉下部烟叶。...
