Bibliography:Using the methods of literature and induction analysis, the author summarized and analyzed the theses about the cir- culation of the right to use rural residential land, defined its concept, explicated the existent problems in the use of rural residential land, as well as the factors affecting the circulation of the right to use rural residential land, and discussed the research prospects in this field. The author thought that we must conduct the reform of the rural residential land use system, and allow it to circulate with- in the prescribed limit; the circulation of the right to use rural residential land should combine with new countryside construction, cultivated land protection and urban- rural integration.
