QuEChERS法测定葡萄酒中乙烯菌核利方法研究
建立了QuEChERS测定葡萄酒中乙烯菌核利的方法。样品经乙腈提取,丙基乙二胺(Primary Secondary Amine,PSA)净化,冷冻离心分离,氮气吹干,最后采用气相色谱.串联质谱检测。结果表明:乙烯菌核利浓度在25~250μg·L^-1时与峰面积有良好的线性关系(R^2〉0.9900),定量限(10S/N)为1.3μg·L^-1;当添加量在25、50、250μg·L^-1时乙烯菌核利的平均回收率为87%~102%,相对标准偏差(Relative standard deviation,RSD)为3.1%-7.3%。因此,该方法定性定量结果准确,适合葡萄酒中乙烯菌核利残留的快速检测。...
