不同生态养殖垫料对生菜生长及土壤理化性状的影响

采用盆栽试验方法,比较不同垫料施用后的肥效.结果表明,施用不同生态养殖垫料后,土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量及酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶活性均显著增加,生菜株高和生物产量分别增加32.05％～48.78％和32.97％～92.56％.施用垫料也有利于提高生菜品质,生菜维生素C及可溶性蛋白含量分别提高2.74～5.93倍和23.64％～46.67％.不同垫料对生菜的效应不同,养分含量较高的生态养鸡、养鸭垫料的增产效应较大,养猪垫料对土壤有机质的影响较大.此外,使用时间较短的垫料的养分利用率较高....

By pot experiment, fertilizer efficiency of different kinds of ecological breeding padding was compared. The results showed that after application of different kinds of ecological breeding padding, content of soil organic matter （SOM）, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and activities of acid phosphatase, catalase, proteinase significantly increased, plant height and biomass of lettuce increased by 32.05%~48.78% and 32.97%~92.56% respectively compared with control treatment （CK）.
