The study on the adsorption,liquid-liquid extraction,vacuum fermentation,membrane separation and gas stripping coupling with alcoholic fermentation was reviewed in this paper.The progress of these new techniques were discussed,and the merits as well as demerits of various processes were presented.By comparing these separation methods,the prospect of coupling of alcoholic fermentation with separation was recommended.
