This paper analyzed the factors of fishery economic growth in Hebei province by using fishery production function models.The analysis results showed that the factors of highest contribution rate was investment,the second was fishery resources,but contribution rate of technical progress and labor were rather low.Based on the analysis,we put forward the countermeasure of fishery economic growth in Hebei province.
