匙叶翼首草种子特性及萌发最适条件的研究
以3年生匙叶翼首草母株上所采种子为材料,在实验室以培养皿为小区,采用随机区组法,经不同温度、光照和浸泡时间对其种子萌发影响进行研究,探索其种子萌发特性。结果表明。在25℃、黑暗36h和浸泡48h的处理条件下匙叶翼首草种子发芽率最高,发芽启动速度最快,发芽持续时间最短,萌发整齐度较高。综合温度、光照和水分各条件对匙叶翼首草种子萌发特性的影响得出:其种子在连续黑暗36h、恒温25℃和清水浸泡48h的条件下萌发情况最好;匙叶翼首草种子属中性偏忌光种子。...
