基于LabVIEW的高压断路器操作机构状态评估

针对高压断路器操作机构型号的多样性,状态评估过程中标准线圈电流波形不统一的问题。提出通过对高压断路器操作机构分/合闸线圈电流波形曲线进行纵向和横向比对,来综合评估操作机构的运行状态,掌握其运行特性变化过程。并基于Lab VIEW软件平台开发了高压断路器操作机构状态评估系统。实例分析表明该评估系统可以准确的判断高压断路器电磁铁、操作机构本体、辅助开关三个部分的运行状态,及早发现操作机构的缺陷和故障隐患以便及时处理,从而提高高压断路器运行可靠性。...

In view of the diversity operating mechanism types for high voltage circuit breaker, ja new method is pro- posed. This method aims at the problems that the standard coil current waveform is not uniform during the status as- sessment process.
