[Method]From Oct. 2000 to Oct. 2007, 1569 samples of animal brain tis- sues collected from 14 cities of Guangxi were used to isolate and detect rabies virus by RT-PCR and Mouse Intracerebral Inoculation Test, then they were sequenced according to procedure. [Result]The results showed that 26 wild strains of ra- bies were collected from different areas of Guangxi; out of the strains, 23 belonged to dogs, 1 belonged to cattle, 1 be- |
