新型植物活性剂对桉树愈伤诱导及芽分化的影响
以广州1号桉无菌苗的茎段作为外植体,诱导愈伤组织形成和不定芽的分化。通过对比发现,新型植物活性剂(FLC)在诱导愈伤组织和不定芽分化中均分别比TDZ和6-BA更有效,同时还确立了广州1号桉树无性系再生的最适宜培养条件:愈伤组织诱导培养基为1/2MB+FLC0.5mg/L+NAAO.1mg/L+Vc100mg/L+蔗糖30∥L+琼脂7g/L;不定芽诱导培养基为1/2MB+FLC0.6mg/L+IBA0.04mg/L+Vc100rag/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7g/L。...

| Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Stem from Eucalyptus Guangzhou No.1 was taken as explants to induce callus and buds differentiation. By comparison, the new plant active agent (FLC) in the induction of callus, adventitious buds were more effective than both TDZ, 6-BA respectively.
