山地果园牵引式货运车无线限位及遥控装置设计与试验
为了解决在山地果园使用有线机械限位开关易损坏的问题和改善牵引式货运车现场作业的方便性,研制了一种山地果园牵引式货运车的无线限位及遥控装置.该系统主要包括霍尔传感器模块、按键及编码模块、AVR微控制器、CC1020无线收发单元、PLC控制单元.果园试验表明,牵引式货运车的无线遥控实现在距离接收机370 m范围内100%控制可靠,牵引式货运车限位装置在上、下限位处工作100%可靠,在距离近地点45~95 m处CC1020射频信号传播路径损耗的平均值为32.8 dBm,比PT2262射频信号传播路径损耗的平均值减少了20.8 dBm....
