In this article, the new methods of anatomizing and the technologies of anticorrosion and degreasing of the skin were described. Formaldehyde, solid detergent,sodium chloride (sea salt) were selected as degreasing and preservatives and the skin was degreased and dried in the air alternately. Base on this method, the authors had successfully made four stuffing dolphin specimens using the dolphins which died in the Pearl River Estuary.
