紫甘薯新品种福宁紫3号的选育

[目的]选育紫甘薯新品种,满足市场和生产者对优质高产紫甘薯新品种的需求.[方法]以福薯13号为母本进行集团杂交选育,分别于2009、2010～2011年参加品比试验和区域试验;2012年参加福建甘薯新品种生产试验和品种展示,并参加全国紫甘薯展示评比.[结果]育成优质高产紫甘薯新品种福宁紫3号,具有花青素高、较高产、稳产、优质、贮藏性好、抗蔓割病、适应性广等特点.品比试验中,鲜薯和薯干产量分别为28000.5和8959.5 kg/ha,分别比对照金山57减产22.20％和2.00％;2010～2011年区试,平均鲜薯产量31366.95、36395.70 kg/ha,比对照品种金山57减产12....

Summary:[目的]选育紫甘薯新品种,满足市场和生产者对优质高产紫甘薯新品种的需求.[方法]以福薯13号为母本进行集团杂交选育,分别于2009、2010～2011年参加品比试验和区域试验;2012年参加福建甘薯新品种生产试验和品种展示,并参加全国紫甘薯展示评比.[结果]育成优质高产紫甘薯新品种福宁紫3号,具有花青素高、较高产、稳产、优质、贮藏性好、抗蔓割病、适应性广等特点.品比试验中,鲜薯和薯干产量分别为28000.5和8959.5 kg/ha,分别比对照金山57减产22.20％和2.00％;2010～2011年区试,平均鲜薯产量31366.95、36395.70 kg/ha,比对照品种金山57减产12.02％、21.97％;2012年参加生产试验,莆田、惠安、宁化3个点平均鲜薯产量45567.0 kg/ha,比对照减产4.06％.2010～2011两年平均干物率、出粉率、食味和外观均高于对照,单株结薯数较多,单株薯块重较高,大中薯率较高.该品种于2013年4月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定.[结论]福宁紫3号适于各种类型土壤,早、晚薯均可种植,适宜在福建省大面积推广应用.

[ Objective ]To meet the needs of market and producer for top-quality and high-yield new varieties of pur- ple sweetpotato, the current experiments were conducted for variety breeding. [Method]By group crossing with Fushu 13 （ 9 ）, variety experiments and plot tests were carried out in 2009,2010 and 2011. The new purple sweetpotato variety Fu- jian entered for production trial and cultivar presentation in 2012, and it was signed up for national purple sweetpotato contest. [Result]The newly-bred top-quality high-yield purple sweetpotato variety Funingzi 3 had high content of antho- cyanin, superior preservation traits, Fusarium wilt resistance and wide adaptation. In variety comparison trials, fresh and dry potato yield were 28000.5 and 8959.5 kg/ha, down by 22.20% and 2.00% compared with Jinshan 57. The results from production test in 2012 showed that the mean fresh potato yield in Putian, Hui＇an and Ninghu
