矿用本安型消弧补偿装置的研究

运用自制的矿用本安型防爆消弧补偿设备,进行了10 kV煤矿电网谐振接地系统在发生单相接地故障过程中的影响研究,结合对调容式消弧线圈和相关矿用自动化设备的研究,通过仿真验证证明,分析了矿用自动消弧补偿装置在消弧调谐方面的作用。设计了装置的软硬件,实验结果表明,在10 kV煤矿电网发生单相接地后产生59.016A的接地电流,而经过检测后补偿设备产生62.885A 的补偿电流,最终使故障残流减小为3.869A,在电网安全范围内成功实现灭弧功能并使其不再复燃。...

The mine intrinsic safe explosion-proof arc suppression compensation device is used to perform 10kV reso-nance grounding system in coal mine power network single-phase grounding fault effect studying this paper.Combi-ning with the study of adjustable capacitive arc suppression coil and the related mining automation equipments, simu-lation results demonstrate the effect of automatic arc suppression device in the fire arc suppression tuning.Software and hardware devices are designed, and the experimental results show the 59.016A grounding current is generated in 10 kV coal mine power network with single-phase grounding.The compensation current of 62.885 A is generated by the compensation equipment after test.And the fault residual flow will reduce to 3.
