Soil microorganism in forestry was one of the sensitive elements to measure the change of forestry system ecological environment, community structure and activity changes of which could reflect the he health and quality of the soil enviromnental directly. The composition of soil microorganism species, distribution regularity and the relationship between soil enzymes and soil microbial were analyzed in order to reveal the balance of the main ecological factors in forest ecological system and the influence of different tree species to the biological characteristics of soil, and provide theory basis for better use of soil and reasonable utilization of forest resources.
