海南地区剑叶龙血树种质资源遗传多样性分析

利用ISSR标记法对海南省野生剑叶龙血树资源进行多样性分析,从100条ISSR引物中选取10条多态性好、重复性高、谱带清晰的引物,对105份样品DNA进行扩增,共得到116条谱带,其中多样性谱带有104条。品种间遗传相似系数在O.6442~0.994之间,平均为0.8011,表明剑叶龙血树遗传基础相对较狭窄。利用UPGMA聚类分析,将7个样地的居群分为1个大类群和1个小类群,类群与地理分布密切相关。...

Diversity of Hainan wild Dracaena cochinchinensis resourse was analyzed by ISSR markers, 10 primer pairs were selected from 100 ISSR primers as a result of better polymorphism, high repeatability, clear strips. A total of 116 bands was obtained, including 104 polymorphic bands. The range of GS was 0.6442-0.994, averaged 0.8011, which indicated a narrow genetic basis of D. cochinchinensis. Groups from 7 sample plot were divided into a large group and a small group, clustered by UPGMA method. Close relationship was found between the division of groups and local sources.
