凉粉草遗传多样性的SCoT和ISSR分析

采用SCoT和ISSR两种分子标记技术对7份凉粉草种质资源进行遗传多样性分析。结果显示:筛选出的8条SCoT引物共扩增出90个位点,多态性比率为83.33%,遗传相似系数变化范围为0.47~0.83;筛选的10条ISSR引物共扩增出100个位点,多态性比率为70.0%,相似系数变化范围为0.61~0.80。聚类分析结果显示,7份凉粉草种质资源被分为三大类,两种分子标记的分类结果基本一致,表明SCoT和ISSR两种分子标记均适用于凉粉草种质资源的遗传多样性研究。...

Mesona chinensis; SCOT; ISSR; genetic diversity
The genetic diversity of 7 Mesona varieties was analyzed by SCoT and ISSR. The results showed that a total of 90 loci were genera- ted by 8 SCoT primer combinations, of which 83.33 % was polymorphic and the genetic similarity ranged from 0.47 to 0.83. As for ISSR, 100 bands were generated by 10 ISSR primers, of which 70 % was polymoiphic and the genetic similarity ranged from 0.61 to 0.80. Cluste- ring analysis indicated that 7 individuals of mesona were classified into three groups. Classification results of SCoT and ISSR were basically identical, and
