小菜蛾传染性软腐病病毒的全基因组序列及其进化分析
传染性软腐病病毒(Iflavirus)属于小核糖核酸病毒目,是一类单股正链RNA病毒,其家族成员正在不断扩大。Iflavirus的寄主包括鳞翅目、膜翅目和半翅目的昆虫以及瓦螨,因其对一些重要的农业害虫产生致病性,因此是重要的潜在生防病毒种类之一。本研究利用小菜蛾转录组测序数据拼接出一条Iflavirus病毒基因组序列。通过查找ORF和序列相似性比对发现此基因组可编码一条完整的病毒多聚蛋白并与其他Iflavirus病毒同源,因此将这一新病毒命名为小菜蛾传染性软腐病病毒(Diamondback moth iflavirus),英文简称DBMIV。通过多聚蛋白序列与RNA聚合酶序列构建的进化树表明D...

The hosts of Iflaviruses include Lepidoptera, Hymenoptera, Hemiptera and Varroa destructor. Iflaviruses are pathogenic to some main agricultural pests and are the potential viruses that could be used in biological control. In this study we assembled a complete Iflavirus genome from the transcriptome data of diamond moth. We find an ORF in this genome which can encode a complete polyprotein homologue to other Iflavirus genomes.
