智能电表负荷开关接触电阻特性的试验研究
针对实际交流负荷条件下智能电表负荷开关接触电阻的变化规律问题,介绍了一种智能电表负荷开关实负荷测试系统,在此基础上开展了一系列试验研究。研究结果表明:智能电表负荷开关触点分断时电弧现象较闭合时明显;触点开合电弧能量和操作次数间呈近似线性关系;接触电阻随试验次数增加有缓慢的增长趋势;物理退化模型中的退化率模型所表征的接触电阻的增长趋势快于线性累积模型。...

| Bibliography: | A real-load test system for the load switch is introduced in this paper and a series of experiments are pre- formed aiming at the problem of the contact resistance variation of the load switch in the smart meter under real condi- tions. Research results show that the arc phenomenon is much more obvious with the contact breaking than that with the contact closing, and the operating times and the arc energy of the contact breaking and closing present an approxi- mate linear relationship. In addition, the contact resistance will increase slowly with the number of trials, and the in- creasing trend of the contact resistance characterized by the model of degradation rate is faster than those characterized by the model of linear cumulative growth.
