Bibliography: | 11-2566/TL Emergency planning zone (EPZ) should be established around the nuclear facility in advance to ensure that the effective protective actions would be taken prompt- ly for the public and environment in case of nuclear accident. The IAEA evolution of EPZ and the characteristic of PAZ and UPZ were introduced systematically.
