计及信息系统故障的配电网可靠性分析
在传统的配电系统和信息系统可靠性分析中,通常仅考虑其各自的可靠性,很少计及两者之间的相互影响。为了在配电网可靠性分析中计及信息系统的影响,研究了信息系统与配电系统的关系。着重分析了信息系统发生故障对变压器、断路器和备用电源工作情况的影响。在此基础上采用序贯蒙特卡洛法进行仿真,并在仿真过程中对这3种元件的处理方式进行修改。同时计及配电系统和信息系统故障对配电网可靠性的影响,得出了计及信息系统故障的配电网可靠性分析方法。最后通过对IEEE。RBTSBus6改进系统的仿真分析,得出了配电网可靠性的一部分影响因素,据此可得出提高配电网可靠性的措施。...
