瓦里安扩充型动态楔形板的蒙特卡罗模拟与验证
基于蒙特卡罗方法模拟Varian直线加速器扩充型动态楔形板,建立动态楔形板的质量保证新工具。使用BEAMnrc的DYNJAWS组件模拟动态楔形板,建立加速器源模型,用DOSXYZnrc程序计算体模内的深度剂量和离轴剂量,获得不同角度楔形板的楔形因子和离轴剂量分布曲线,与相同条件的测量结果进行对比,验证动态楔形板模型的精确性。蒙特卡罗模拟结果与测量结果取得了很好的一致,偏差小于2%。表明使用蒙特卡罗程序建立扩充型动态楔形板模型是可行的,能够满足临床应用的质量保证需要。...

Bibliography: | Background: Enhanced dynamic wedge (EDW) is commonly used to achieve dose uniformity in the target volume in radiotherapy. However, EDW must be verified before implementation in the treatment planning system. Purpose: This paper is to simulate the EDW of Varian linear accelerator by Monte Carlo method, and to construct a new tool for quality assurance of EDW. Methods: EDW is simulated with the DYNJAWS module of BEAMnrc to build the source model. Depth dose and off-axis dose are calculated by use of DOSXYZnrc in a phantom to generate the EDW factor and profiles of EDW at different angles. The model is validated based on the comparison of Monte Carlo simulation and real measurement results. Results: The simulation results are in good agreement with measurement results, and the deviation is less than 2%.
