高效液相色谱法分析马铃薯中α-茄碱

1引言α-茄碱是变绿发芽后的马铃薯中含量最高的一种生物碱,具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、强心、镇痛等[1]多种功效。目前对马铃薯中α-茄碱的高效液相色谱检测法(HPLC)报道较少,并存在重现性较差、目标峰难分开等问题。

Potato; α-Solanine; High performance liquid chromatography
