一种新型的断路器瞬动校验选相合闸方法研究

针对塑壳断路器瞬动校验试验中信号初始相位与频率的计算,首先对基于快速傅立叶变换(FFT)的周期信号初始相位的计算误差进行了分析,继而在希尔伯特(Hilbert)变换的基础上提出一种初始相位的计算方法,同时在该变换下对频率进行测量。在此基础上设计了选相合闸装置,对其软硬件设计方案进行了阐述。最终实际测试实验表明该方法实现了对信号频率、初始相位的精确测量,可以有效减小信号初始相位的计算误差。所设计的装置可精确完成瞬动校验的选相合闸操作。...

For the signal initial phase and frequency calculation of molded case circuit breaker instantaneous validation test, firstly this paper analyzes the calculation error of the initial phase of periodic signal based on FFT, then it proposes a method to calculate the initial phase based on Hilbert transformation, and at the same time carry on the measurement of frequency. The phase selection device is designed on the basis, and the design scheme of the hardware and software system is described. Finally the phase selection test shows that the method realizes the adcurate measurement of the signal frequency and initial phase and the calculation error of signal initial phase can be effectively reduced. The designed device can accurately complete phase selection in instantaneous validation test.
