智能变电站智能告警与辅助决策的实现

传统的变电站自动化系统的报警信息组织以及展示方式存在不足,当变电站发生事故时,值班运行人员陷入浩瀚的告警/事故信息中,无法快速判断事故原因,因此无法避免事故面的扩大。针对上述问题,提出一套完整的应用于智能变电站的智能告警/事故辅助决策系统。本系统通过对告警信息的分层优化、综合归纳、建立故障推理模型以及事故反演,可有效用于指导和帮助运行人员快速对事故或异常作出准确的判断,提高了变电站运行管理水平和供电的可靠性,具有较高的应用推广价值。...

Aiming at the deficiencies in the organization and presentation of alarm information and inability in quickly estimating the causes of accidents in traditional substation automation system,an intelligent alarm/accident aided decision-making system for intelligent substation is proposed in this paper.The system can be effectively used to guide and assist the operator to make a quick and accurate decision,and improve the management of operation and reliability of power supply in smart substation by categorizing,hierarchically optimizing alarm information,establishing fault reasoning model and reproducing of accidents.The results show that it has great practical value in the automation system of substation and deserves extensive application.
