γ射线辐射对秸秆粉/PBS复合材料性能的影响
采用^60Co-γ射线对秸秆粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBs)复合材料进行了辐射改性,研究了三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)的吸收剂量和辐射敏化剂含量对秸秆粉/PBS复合材料力学性能和热学性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了秸秆粉/PBS复合材料在辐射改性前后的冲击断面。结果表明,当TAIC含量为2%时,秸秆粉/PBS复合材料经30kGy剂量辐射后,其拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了25%和39.8%;辐射对秸秆粉/PBS复合材料的热稳定性能的影响不明显;辐射增强了秸秆粉和PBS之间的界面粘结性。...
