含风电场的电力系统协调优化调度的评价技术
针对风电并网后,如何选择发电调度模式建立了综合评价体系。该体系利用常规机组的单位发电成本、单位风电的环境效益、单位发电量的污染物排放量等指标,对调度计划的优劣进行量化评估;并采用蒙特卡罗法评估不同调度模式下,风电预测误差、负荷预测误差及机组强迫停运对系统可靠性的影响。算例采用含风电场的IEEE-RTS79系统,应用该评价体系,实现了对五种调度模式的评估。计算结果表明评价体系可行、有效,能为实际调度决策提供参考依据。...

It adopts evaluation indices including unit generation cost of conventional units, pollutant emissions of per megawatt generation power and environmental benefits of per megawatt wind power, the rate of network loss, etc. to quantify the advantages and disadvantages of generation scheduling.
