在梳理输电线路传统巡视技术手段的基础上,分析了其不足。结合具体的电网科技研究项目,提出将航拍影像设备和计算机视觉技术相结合,对各类缺陷进行快速诊断,自动生成缺陷清单报表和检修策略报告的一种全新的输电线路直升机智能巡检系统,并着重对输电线路缺陷诊断技术的工作原理和直升机智能巡视系统运行框架进行了详细介绍。该系统具有自动化程度高、技术先进、高效快速的特点,反映了智能电网内涵要求下电网运行技术创新的必然趋势,具有重要的应用价值。...

Based on the analysis of power transmission line patrol methods and the specific project implementation situation, a new intelligent helicopter patrol inspection system by combination of aerial imaging equipment and computer vision technology is presented. Various kinds of defects can be rapidly diagnosed, along with the defects list and the maintenance strategy report automatically generated.
