基于层次分析法的企业有序用电模糊综合评估

用电企业在建立自己的有序用电方案过程中需要考虑到经济、技术和可靠性等方面的因素,这些因素间相互影响,难以精确区分界定。在此背景下,提出将层次分析法(Arialytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和模糊综合评价法相结合,对有序用电方案进行综合评价分析。首先,采用层次分析法(AHP)定性和定量的确定各评估因素的权重;然后构建基于AHP的模糊综合评估模型,以此评估包含不确定因素的有序用电方案;最后,借助其在某化工企业中的实例应用,证实了该模型用于有序用电方案是科学、可行的。...

Bibliography:In the process of establishing orderly power utility scheme, the electricity enterprise should take the factors of economy, technology and reliability into consideration. These factors are difficult to precisely delimitate due to the interaction among them. Under this background, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is integrated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to comprehensively evaluate orderly power utility scheme, the weight of each evaluation factor is decided qualitatively and quantitatively by AHP; then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP is constructed to evaluate the program including some uncertain factors; finally by means of an example analysis in a chemical company, the evaluation model is proved to be valid and scientific.
