基于一体化数据平台与改进粒子群算法的配电网重构
以配电SCADA系统的一体化数据库为平台并在离散粒子群算法中嵌入小生境操作,提出了一种改进的配电网重构算法。首先,综合考虑网损、电压损耗、负荷平衡和断路器动作成本等指标确定了适应值评估模型;然后,通过嵌入小生境操作过程对离散粒子群算法进行了改进;结合配电SCADA数据库平台研制了配电网重构系统。最后,对2个配电系统进行了算例研究。结果表明:改进配电网重构算法是可靠的;相对于现有粒子群算法,重构计算速度有一定程度的提高。...
