脉冲调制器稳定性监控中的信号调理电路研制

上海软X自由电子激光实验装置(SX-FEL)对直线加速器微波功率调制器的脉冲幅度提出了0.01%的稳定度要求。本文介绍基于脉冲信号采样分析来反馈控制调制器的充电电压的控制策略,并着重介绍这种方案中的信号调理电路的研制。脉冲信号调理电路主要完成衰减、切割放大、滤波等功能。调理之后的信号可以送给高速ADC进行采集,也可以直接连接到示波器上观察脉冲信号平项特征。实验结果表明该调理电路稳定性高,达到了预期目的。...

Background: Shanghai Soft X-ray FEL is under design and construction at Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics(SINAP). Purpose: The stability of the existing SSRF Linac modulator has achieved 500ppm. But the Soft X-FEL requires 100PPM. Methods: This paper describes control strategy based on pulse amplitude feedback technology, and gives the design of signal conditioning circuit in more details. The signal conditioning circuit contains amplitude fading, LPF and cutting etc. Results: The relevant experiments show that the circuit reaches required function and stability. Conclusions: Feedback control strategy is useful for the existing modulator.
