We present the migration of a transcatheter balloon-expandable Edwards-SAPIEN XT valve (Edwards Lifesciences, Irvine, CA) within a previously implanted surgical Carpentier-Edwards valve (Edwards Lifesciences) and our novel approach to its treatment.
